Nawy Shares and “CI Capital” Set to Launch Real Estate Investment Funds in Egypt 📊 Nawy Shares and CI Capital Asset Management have signed a partnership agreement to establish and manage real estate investment funds, with the aim of making real estate investment opportunities available to a broader range of investors. The new funds will focus on investing in real estate development projects and existing income-generating assets, with the possibility of launching offerings linked to specific real estate projects and opportunities. The partnership combines technology, fractional real estate ownership, and asset management expertise within a regulatory framework governed by capital market rules. “Nawy Shares” includes more than 400 properties across 35 projects by 16 developers, while CI Capital Asset Management’s assets under management reached 183.6 billion pounds as of the end of June 2026. Subscription for the first fund offerings is expected to open in early 2027, following the completion of incorporation procedures and the receipt of regulatory approvals.
