Arab Contractors Aims for EGP 1 Billion in Sales of Hotel Units on the North Coast • Arab Contractors has signed contracts to sell a number of hotel units among the 94 units offered through the “Farida” shared-ownership platform, operated by the Saqr Investment Fund, at the Breeze Palm Beach project on the North Coast. • The company aims to achieve sales of up to 1 billion Egyptian pounds from the units currently on offer. • The project is being developed on an area of 60 feddans, and the company plans to launch a new phase comprising approximately 300 units in the near future. • The Arab Contractors is also preparing to expand in the real estate sector through new projects, including a mixed-use project in Nasr City, with details to be announced after the completion of legal procedures, licensing, and design work. • For its part, the “Farida” platform revealed that the number of registered accounts has reached approximately 30,000 in a year and a half, with those residing abroad accounting for about 50% of them.
