Al-Diyar Qatar Begins Implementation of a Massive Tourism Project in Hurghada Spanning 29 Million Square Meters Al-Diyar Qatar, the real estate arm of the Qatar Investment Authority, is preparing to take possession of land for an integrated tourism project in Hurghada covering an area of 29 million square meters, equivalent to approximately 7,000 feddans. 📍 The project is located on the Hurghada–Safaga Road, and its 20-year implementation period will begin on the date the land is received. The company aims to launch the first phase of the project before the end of 2026, and has received proposals from Egyptian and Gulf real estate developers to participate in developing parts of the project. The project is part of Al-Diyar Qatar’s expanding investments in the Egyptian market, particularly in tourism and coastal projects.
